Returns for Defective Products Only

At Peqish, we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns only for items that arrive defective.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence of the defect

Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Approved defective returns will be eligible for either:

  • A replacement of the same product, or

  • A full refund issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because we only accept returns for defective products, we cannot process returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Products opened, used, or damaged after delivery

Shipping Costs

If a return is approved for a defective product, Peqish will cover associated return shipping costs.
