QI L-Proline
QI L-Proline
L-Proline is an amino acid the body uses as a building block for collagen, the main structural protein in connective tissues such as skin, tendons, cartilage and bone. Together with hydroxyproline, which forms from proline once it has been built into collagen, proline makes up about 23% of the amino acids in collagen.
QI L-Proline provides free-form L-proline, 500 mg in each capsule.
