QI Lion's Mane
QI Lion's Mane
Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) is an edible mushroom that has been studied in small human trials for cognitive function. Those trials used different preparations, including the fruiting body (the part of the mushroom eaten as food) and the mycelium (its root-like growth), and results from one don’t automatically apply to the other.
QI Lion's Mane uses the fruiting body, as a 10:1 extract.
